Deltempo vs CCleaner vs BleachBit
What actually differs between the four tools people compare most on Windows: licence, telemetry, what they are allowed to delete, and what they do when something is locked or broken.
Feature-by-feature comparison

Which one should you pick?
Where Deltempo is deliberately narrower
- Windows only: there is no macOS or Linux build. On Linux, BleachBit remains the right tool.
- No browser history or password cleaning: login sessions, cookies and saved credentials are protected by policy, not by a checkbox you can accidentally clear.
- Refuses load-bearing paths: MSI source caches, the per-user .NET SDK root, driver vendor folders and shell registry hives are never offered as cleanup targets, even though they look like scratch space.
- Community supported: MIT licensed and maintained in the open, with no support contract or commercial SLA.
