Deltempo safely purges disposable system, developer, and browser caches, recovers gigabytes of disk space, thoroughly uninstalls desktop programs with leftover cleanup, detects byte-level duplicate files, provides an interactive storage treemap, provides startup intelligence, and trims inactive Windows memory working sets with zero telemetry.

There is no delete code path on either surface. Orphaned Microsoft Store apps are identified from binary AppModel repository evidence, matched on publisher ID, and reported as `LowRisk` and unselected.
- **Deliberate Refusals**: Deltempo never offers load-bearing paths as cleanup targets, even when they look exactly like scratch: MSI source caches (`%ProgramData%\Package Cache`, `%WinDir%\Installer\$PatchCache$`), the per-user .NET SDK install root, bare driver vendor roots (`C:\NVIDIA`, `C:\AMD`, `C:\Intel`, `C:\Realtek`), `~\.cargo\registry\src`, and Audacity unsaved-session recovery. AppData *durable state* (OneDrive sync databases, Office/Outlook credentials, Credential Manager vaults, recent-file jump lists, SSH and GnuPG keys, the `NTUSER.DAT`/`UsrClass.dat` shell hives) is refused per-directory, so a recursive purge cannot remove it as collateral.
